There are very few good options or points here. Out of 100, you could say that maybe one or two are decent, while the rest are completely worthless. There is never an issue with salary here; it is always credited on time on the 25th of every month. Job security is also quite good—unless the managers and team leaders decide to interfere. But then again, making cheap moves is their daily habit.

"I’ve never seen such a toxic work environment before. Ever since the management change in the Delhi FedEx Trace Clearance process, everything has gone downhill. The new manager, Pooja, has no real leadership skills—her only focus is targeting employees, making their lives miserable, and planning how to get them fired. She has zero empathy, no decision-making ability, and absolutely no concern for the well-being of the team. Employees are being pushed into PIPs and LOCs just to satisfy her ego. And as if that wasn’t enough, even something as basic as leave approval has become a nightmare. It doesn’t matter if someone has a family emergency or personal crisis—these so-called leaders act like they own our lives and decide how much of a break we 'deserve.' The work culture, once filled with teamwork and celebration, has turned into a place where employees feel demotivated and constantly on edge. FedEx is supposed to be a company that values its employees, but with such leadership, all those values are being destroyed. It’s beyond frustrating to see hardworking people being treated like this while incompetent leadership continues unchecked. If things don’t change, this place will lose its best employees—because nobody wants to work under such pathetic and toxic managements "This place has become a living nightmare. The management is toxic, the workload is unbearable, and there’s zero respect for employees. No matter how hard you work, you’re only met with harassment, unfair treatment, and constant mental stress. The so-called leaders are nothing but power-hungry, incompetent people who thrive on making others miserable. There’s no fairness, no support—just pure exploitation. - 4 day work from office. For Managers and MicroManagers this rule is not applied. - HR is the Worst - Ask anyone in the org. HR will send Agile practices email - Are they HR or SCRUM Master or Agile practitioner - This clearly shows the roles are not defined - IT Manager - Most of these people are having <1 % technical knowledge having project management etc certification - In AI world these people are useless and soon they will be jobless - We have to say this because they are arrogant, does micromanagement, create unnecessary meetings.. These people do micromanagement. When did you login? Are you on leave while we are already working given a workday in 2024 what a shame. They create unofficial whatsapp groups are declare work from home whenever manager decides. - Coming to technologies - Fully outdated and old rusted tech stack. No good practices. If somebody suggests they will fire on the people who suggest good things for change. They are not ready for change. - There are a lot of contractors, here contractors have the full control of the decisions. You just have to sit dumb. - Keeping everything aside. If you join this place and if you think you are intelligent be prepared that majority of your peers do not understand what you are talking. Some people do not even understand emails and cannot read messages in MsTeams. They misunderstand it. Worst communication skills, can't write and read simple and single page of English document. - Cafeteria is worst - There are no other food options. - Office is not in IT park - It's road side full of pollution....Read More

Started there in 1991, worked at airport ramp, taught to use all equipment, loading & unloading aircraft. Physically fit. Taught to handle & load hazardous materials. Became a courier, learning new routes & delivery areas. They sent me to Tractor trailer school. Got to fly in the cockpit behind the pilot to get to training classes. Flew to Hawaii for low fare

I just need to vent. As a Fed-ex employee I enjoy scanning boxes because I hate unloading. So then I saw on the board that I'm unloading like one of the managers know that. I do the best I can as an unloaded but manager kept coming to check up on me every 20 minutes I do what I can. Then he's like I have to go faster. At that point I'm frustrated. We get done with it. Also, by the way I was alone and there was a bunch of IC's. We do the 2nd truck and it was full of IC's to the brim. I go at a good pace and then comes back and comes at 6:45 to tell me that by 7:20 I should be inside the belly which I find impossible. I wasn't even halfway. He comes back and tells us to go home.
