There is nothing to like about Flipkart. There is no strong policy regards work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance anyone can call you anytime anyday. There is leave concept even if you are on leave they will call and ask work. There is no good hike no appreciation but if you do small error also will be big escalation. Moreover management is always biased for specific resources. Flipkart is only for CA for Non CA they will treat as labour but if you are CA do not know anything still they will be happy to hire you with good pay....Read More

Work life balance and flat culture allow people to eplore and grow.

Dislikes

Promotion and recognition is poor. Life is very tough for FTC people as they treated differently in every aspects from the basics of access card to different colour for ID card which trouble them to close issue with vendors and stakeholders.

I previously worked in Amazon. First of all, the pathetic work culture. Week offs mentioned in the offer letter are 2 but, in reality it's only 1. Alternative weeks we get 2 week offs. But still, it's cheating with the employees. Either you mention 1 week off, or either you pay for the additional day we are working. Or give 2 week offs as per the agreement.
