The only point which will fall under like is job security.

To begin with, the salary structure is very depressing . Unnecessary salary heads contribute in CTC. This shows CTC huge but actual take home salary comes in pennies. Furthermore average salaries are less as comparative to other companies. Finally to conclude all subprocesses are very slow. Don't expect growth in your position for atleast 3-4 years. Forget work life balance. This never exists in this company....Read More
