Things i dont like about working with Girnar care are as Follows :- 1.Now things in Girnar Care is more like a dictating company as there is no opinion taken by an employee , An employee dont have a proper space for his personal peace . 2. Cafeteria is overpriced and overvalued by the team , Quality of food is not appropriate seems like leftover food sometimes same as we highlight the concern to the cantein team then they argue in return and the condition of the utensils is not even washed properly before they serve it to the next employee in cafeteria and the staff as well is very unhygenic and unprofessional also . Tables as well is never cleaned properly with good and handy clothes so that it wont smell badly and look like that they had clean it as it seems like that someone vomits on the table it smells too bad. 3. We are bounded to stay in some certain boundary of Just 6th floor which is very conjusted as we dont have space there to sit for sometime in our break it seems like we are in a cell where we dont have any Freedom . 4.There is no appropriate response on the concern which all has been raised by me to the HR regarding the issues i have from such a long time with the cafeteria issues regarding their food quality and the behaviour by the cashier and the executive staff there in cantein. 5.I have also gone through the part where the company claims of Equality and then do partiality between the employees itself between the executive level and senior Management , It seems that the rules and regulations are meant only for the executive levels not for the senior authority. 6.As such i have found After the Corona Virus our company dont have a proper Medical Room or Medical Facility for the employees , in case of any sickness or illness we dont have any Medical team which we had earlier before Corona not even proper Medicine we have for the employee care . 7.Company in order to maintain the security they are penalizing the employees in terms of health and care that should have been taken care of by the team as it was in earlier phase by Girnar before Corona....Read More
