Since I am working with Globiva and I like that the I got to know lots of things how BPO or ITES works also got 02 promotions and learnt so many things for smooth process of Operations.

Everywhere we can found some dislikes for me the negative part is Salary concern which I have discussed with many people and even management also but till date haven’t got any update, after spending 05 years I really disagree with this as nobody bother to resolve or give you any answer on this. This kind of work culture surely disappoint anyone, just few groups are there they also got opportunity to process all thing’s smoothly including my kind of problems however they are not even bother to know who are you… If I go from here in couple of months the reason will be the Ego issue in top management....Read More

People like rajat arora are always there to eat your job in order to save their. no matter how much supportive you be but in the end the sick man would do nothing about it and will always boast in front of the clients that he is doing everything. In my 06 years tenure I got the opportunity to know how the Bpo works and some operational strategies to run the process.

It is just not dislike but toxicity i can say, the culture here now is not friendly to work if you are Team Leader or even manager cause the so called AVP’s and DVP’s they are not thinking wisely as per them perceptions are going on, whole company is busy in attendance only from team leader to Director nobody is bother to check what’s going on at ground level. In my 06 years tenure, No gathering, No R&R conducted for TL’s or manger’s or even nobody bother to come and talk with you they only want to know about attendance & attendance & attendance. So if you enthusiastically want to know the attendance process then only join Globiva because only one thing you may learn from here ATTENDANCE..!!...Read More
