Likes

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.

The office culture is overall good. You can learn more and more day by day with a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal are very stringent. It could take years to come at a higher position which could be achieved outside with that level of experience. Salary structure is okay with very less benefit for employees or with no other benefits.

I was into R&D at Lawkim Division and I did get opportunities to experiment. Seniors did not belittle when you lack knowledge if you have the initiative to learn.

Dislikes

6 day working (Felt like things would have been done more efficiently by everyone if it was 5 days). Fixed (Time based) promotion cycles.

Name of the compny, & HR Power , But culture is toxic , try to don’t join in lock division, go only in security division ,

Everything , No job Security, No personal Life , very high targets , unsupportive seniors , toxic work culture, minimum 12 hour shift , if your shift over at 5:30 they ll leave you 9:30 , & if your shift starts at 9 :00 at you came at 9:05 then you will count as half-day unauthorised absence . Worst expense policy 2.5 rs per km for bike , No System , Mangers will haras & threats for forcefully resign , for shown to Upper management i don’t have manpower how I can achieve my targets , that’s why they take continuous forcefully resign from new employees, from last 2 years no one can stable then 6 months ....Read More
