Likes

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.

Nice company to work... expect some of the co employees or our branch heads...in Hyderabad kiran was one one the bad employee( heard from lot of employees from that branch) across the Godrej and Boyce.

Employee care is zero in Electrical and Electronics Department . Canteen facilities are worst in khalapur plant ( tasteless prisoners food from third party contractor). Company located at remote area of khalapur plant. ENE HR non supportive and facilities like transportation for plant in shifts are not there.
