Growth opportunities and skill development is very slow . Infrastructure needs to Improve. Policies needs to be at par with other industries. Job rotation must be implemented fiercely

There is a lot of scope for improvement, team members are very supportive so learning becomes easy. You get to learn different roles within the team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
