One will get wide experience of working on various flexible projects which can enhance the experience and boost the practical knowledge that you'll get nowhere else.

Dislikes

Godrej working culture was great untill few years, but post pandemic that company is trying to 1. Compensate losses by terminating existing employees and appointing temporary/contract employees with less salary. 2. Incremental % is very very low and growth seems stagnant which frustrates the employee to give off the company as soon as possible. 3. No job security as a fix term contact is made mandate with salary lower than expectations is elongated untill employees themselves leave the company. 4. Life-Work balance is quite difficult to maintain for temporary employees coming from far as the Shift timing are 6.40 to 3.10 (1st), 3.40 to 12.10 (2nd) and 12.40 to 6.10 (N) and only permanent employees are privileged with the company's quaters. 5. Still bunch of other pity things like management politics, permanent workers on doing the Jobs enthusiastically, low pace growth etc.....Read More

Lot of positive things learned from godrej. Working under pressure make me strong enough to survive in any projects.

Dislikes

People sitting on top management behaves like they are the owner of the organisation. No respect for down the line team.

I was stuck in Qatar during lockdown. Company Support Extermly Well. No-one decision taker in the company. Rest all things are ok.
