The work culture and environment. The cafeteria and other perks are also good.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesnt address the issues. The salary disparity among the employees at same level is very high. No career growth progression in certain roles.

Full of politics and corruption. Not a decent place for a creative and hardworking honest person. Private company but mentally not competative and futuristic.

The Sales team dominates even if we find vendor fraud and internal fraud.
