It all depends on the project you get. Job security is decent. Work Culture and Management is the worst part. Company policies were not much up to the mark

Dislikes

Salary / Appraisal were just happening for sake of process and in no way technical judgment and skill evaluation of the individuals is made genuinely. The ratings provided is only for the sake of interest who are closer to the manager and management also does not provide a justified appraisal. Very high politics towards certain providing opportunities for the desired person.
