Likes

I like the work environment and the security it gives to job security. There was explicit communication for the job security for now. There are very less politics and people do appreciate if you have done good. But of course that depends on each and every team. The appraisal cycle is good, average increment is around 10-11%.

Dislikes

There is no extra course availablity like Udemy, Coursera etc. The appraisal cycle seems be like a average basis. Most of the people get just the average increment not on the performance.
