Very technology oriented company. If one is more focussed on technology and innovation, this is the company. The HR policy is good. There is no perfect policy, but based on my experience I have seen more positive policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is challenging and it kind of comes again and again. Culture is more like startup

Its hectic. But it depends on individual on what they look for. I work 10-11 hours Mon to Fri. I rarely work during weekends
