It's china company,you can feel some policies are not good as compared to other MNC companies. Most of the projects related to huawei own projects and their own technologies. It will help to huawei,but once you come out most of the skills not usefull out side of this organisation. People get onsite opportunities easily if you are working on huawei technology and if you have good understanding about huawei products and work culture....Read More

Dislikes

I feel some policies are not good. Time management is strictly followed and punch in and out monitored strictly for contractors. No permanent opportunity for contractors.salary hike are less ,but bonus will be there and finally it's based on work and etc.. again.
