It prepares you to face challenges in form of customers and provides a lot of exposure to new task via job rotation

Dislikes

IDBI is not employee centered. The women employee should be given deviation in transfer policy after checking the family situation. The promotion policy is also very tough and very demotivating. Late sitting is normal and usual. it seems like a big mistake if we leave on time. No work life balance esp in branches

I am good working with IDBI Bank...it takes care of its employees

Dislikes

Promotion process as i worked extremely well and contributedsignificantly to the still i couldn't clear the interview or exam....so couldn't get promoted earlier ..so loss of time...one of the potential candidate...however still worked as AM for long years..I belive its a loss to the Bank.....next Branch banking is tough and at last late working hrs is critical
