While joining the company i believe it is an IT professional company, after joining i realized there is nothing related to tech going on in the company rather if someone wants themselves to excel in dance or making instagram reels this is the perfect platform/company for them. I have always been receiving the salary very well on time and our relationship with management including boss is very good. The team that I'm working with is amazing. The people are great, especially my manager. But it depends from project to project. I've learnt a lot from my team and the people. I've worked under a lot of tight deadlines too, but it never never felt like a burden because the team was very supportive.

The policies of the company are shit. They don't pay on time, and the higher management is very unresponsive. Only my immediate manager is good. There is a lot of politics in the company too.
