1. Most of Employees/colleagues are not at all cooperative. 2. Lots of Politics. 3. Poor knowledge of Managers (Both technical and management). 4. No job security. 5. Silent Firing. 6. Poor management by Managers. 7. Toxic work culture 8. Extreme Work Stress. 9. Not a idle organisation to work with. 10. Joining such organisation is very risky.

Just a normal functioning firm with all basic benefits. No Nps contribution

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security. At least once in 4 yrs or randomly they do layoff as and when their requirements come and go. No ethics when it comes to employee loyalty.

Team leaders are completely biased towards South Indians , any person from any other state will be completely ignored by the leaders and won’t get recognised as per their performance. Extremely dirty corporate politics at team level. Toxic work culture. Extreme work stress. Zero work life balance.
