There is nothing to like about the company. It is a waste of time.

Dislikes

The company is completely a waste of time because, they are not employee friendly. They don’t care about the employees. Poor cab facilities. HR BPs are the worst. They do not show any kind of humanity even though if you are on the death bed.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

I realy surprised by the front desk employee, Daniel, who genuinely cared about women's safety. He spoke with the trainer, HR, and requested that the new hire paperwork be completed and the female employee be sent out as soon as possible since she was traveling a long distance.He is deserving of praise for his initiative. It demonstrates that all employees are equal communicators.

Never ever consider joining iopex. Too much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

Frankly speaking apart from salary no other activities or employee groming events. Good company of Tamilians and good for again tamilians.

No Job security, No growth. One has to fight for any pramotions even if you geninuenly perform well. Every year appraisal they bring up conditions so that employee can be stuck for again 6 months.

If you get a technical manager, your life at work will be a bit easier otherwise no special things to like at work.

Dislikes

They do not like to retain their employees nor give an adequate raise. If you ask for a raise, all of a sudden company do not have any information whatsoever and now your performance is an issue. Instead of giving raise, they will expect you to train a backup for them and hire a new person. Do not expect much support from team leads as they are promoted to fill a position not because they are talented. Most of the time they will just escalate the issue to seniors so you'll not get much exposure or customer handling opportunity....Read More
