Team mates are very friendly as Team Leader gives much freedom to work, to learn and to Enjoy. Salary initially they pay less but during appraisal they may more compared MNC companies.Work depends on the project you get. According my experience politics are not there much Leads give value to the talented people.

Dislikes

Training is not that much useful ,less of celebrations means no entertaining events as like MNC's.

Salary hike is good, work-life balance is good. Good place for freshers to start their career

Dislikes

Good for freshers, but not too good when you begin to gain experience. Career growth and opportunities are less in some teams, you can't learn more, sometimes it feels like you will even lose the skills that you already have because there is not much chance to apply them.
