Work environment totally depends on which team or which project you are working on. Luckily I got a very supportive team who helped me guide in the right way. Learning opportunities are great and you get to work on innovative technologies from ground up. For freshers it is a good place to learn and start their career. Jasmine also gives good amount of onsite opportunities to individuals who can prove their talent and adds value to their projects....Read More

Dislikes

The starting pay at Jasmin Infotech is very low. Although the increments are good per year still you will feel your slary is not normalised compared to the other companies in the industry. The work culture in Jasmin is a bit restricted. You will feel an institute like environment while working here unlike big MNCs.

Work Details

Work was very exciting at Jasmin as I got to work on two innovation projects in two consecutive years. I even got an opportunity to travel to Canada just 5 months after my joining to support a product launch.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
