More senior persons is doing politics. and they need people for work that time take work and left them and who they want took them for good post and giving more facility and salary also . I completed MBA Finance and 3 years experience in finance but they didn't expect and they took as a fresher and giving less salary. And some body said blackmail I ll kickoff from this post and something. I have interest in FC&A but now I m doing in hear as a Back end office work as a MIS in RE team and support to Finance department ....Read More
