Company is great, department has some flaws which also looks in reflects not so robust work force skillset.

Dislikes

Certain business related decision are not great specially, if you want to be speak about waste management in process, you eliminate the necessary steps, you do not remove the efficient nomenclature which contributes to a better time management.

Hikes not that good , Management is bad and not helpful , No skip level HR meeting with HR since last 4 years have been with company . Last Skip level meeting with HR was in 2019 Promotions very difficult to get and go to the next level as when one applies for an IJP , the company already has identified some one for that role andone does not even get an Interview call. When you ask Manger why no HR skip level meeting since last 4 years the response is only if there is serious problem the HR will intervene , other wise not needed . Any issues the Manager /Division Leader will take care of it and no need for a HR meeting . Very difficult to grow in such a large organization ....Read More
