If u give your full effort they never recognise. Hr policy is very bad. No growth in the salary. Vp of this company not have interpersonal skill. They talk in very bad manner. I spent 3 year mostly but no increment is there. I worked in this as like our organization but they never understand. Very bad politics is there. I handle 33kv/11kv power substation all work like erection, testing, commissioning. And also looked civil work. They have 12 substation in wich I charged 8 substation.

Pros:- * Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. -One of the Most Valuable aspects of my time at KRYFS was the opportunity to be involved in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Cons:- *Unprofessional and Stressful Exit Process. - The exit process was poorly handled and lacked transparency. HR Policies related to resignation are neither communicated nor professionally managed. During my notice period, instead of understanding my situation, the focus was on enforcing rigid policies without flexibility orempathy. Remarks made during this phase were disheartening and far from what one would expect from an organisation that claims to uphold strong values. * Insensitive HR Behaviour and Pressure Tactics. - The HR team resorted to pressuring tactics by threatening to withhold my experience and relieving letter unless I agreed to extend my notice period, despite a valid reason shared with them. This approach caused unnecessary mental stress and left a lasting negative impression about the work culture. * Leave Encashment policy used as a tool. - If you do not complete the entire notice period, even justified medical reasons with proof, your earned leaves are cancelled and not encashed. This felt more like a penalty than a policy, adding to the burden of exiting employees. * No Mediclaim Coverage During Notice Period. - Employees serving their notice period are not covered under the company's Mediclaim Policy. This exclusion sends a strong and clear message about how the company values its people, especially when they need support the most. I faced this, I had to undergo a medical surgery, and my medical insurance was in a waiting period clause. * Lack of Supportive Leadership. - During critical moments, I did not receive the expected support or understanding from my reporting manager. As a human being, when someone receives a new opportunity that promises better learning and growth, it should be appreciated and respected. Unfortunately, in my case, efforts were made to hold me back rather than encourage my development, which reflects poorly on leadership culture. * Mismatch Between CSR Values and Internal Practices. - While the company promotes its commitment to CSR and values in public forums, my experience during the exit process showed a different side. The very values that claim to stand for Humanity, Integrity, Respect, were abandoned in an attempt to retain me, making it clear that those principles were not upheld internally when it mattered the most. * Stagnant Work Culture Driven by Long-Timers. - The organisation is heavily influenced by long-serving employee's who are close to retirement and restraint to change. This creates a culture where modern ideas are often ignored, and new joiners find it difficult to thrive. Innovations are stifled, initiatives are discouraged, and the eagerness to grow fades quickly due to this outdated mindset. As a result, young talent often leaves early, Unable to see a future with the organisation. Final Thoughts. Despite the technical learning from the ERP implementation, my overall experience at KRYFS Power Components was disappointing due to a Lack of Professionalism, empathy and growth growth-friendly culture. I would advise prospective candidates to carefully evaluate whether their long-term goals align with the company's internal culture and leadership approach.
