In this company job security is ever age and so many pressure of valueless or unnecessary workload which has no important in field and the management has no support at any and their policies are very poor like no job security, no increment and workload is more also no growth since last 4 years

Makasat is a telecom base company they provide highest link in all over india. And our company have 60 km link to conectivity wi fi internet .

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
