I think in India this is the best organisation to work for because they have world class process, standards, structure & most importantly life balance. It's give you opportunity to explore new areas with your skills.

Dislikes

As like other retailers M & S has few Managers who don't want to see their people n floor managers to grow early. They will put some forks in your ways.
