Very less man power, no cashiers... They give two week off but taunt you for it and expect you to work continuously. Store manager sits in cabin whole day in front of camera with favourite people ... Lots of politics...

Nothing to like about the company. Regret spending every minute there. Its a good company for a girl to work in else being a guy you are made slog through out the time with night shifts and other maintenance related work

Dislikes

Being a section manager i was made to do painting work at the store. That says it all. After giving a long day of interview for section manager and clearing all rounds i was later given the position of Finance & Operations Supervisor and later you are judged on your performance on that role. No firm decision making skills from the city manager to the higher management people at the store.
