Supportive HR and team members, Great onshore team as well.

Dislikes

Bad behaviour from Manager's(SJD). Very unprofessional. No hikes for resources from past 2 years, whosoever puts papers only gets hike here. Company is getting new projects and trying to increase revenue by billing extra resources from some big projects with the company. But not ready to make there resources happy. Company says permanent work from home but get it written before joining or else you will be called to office or asked for proof for wfh....Read More

I don't like as such anything working here, Some managers in company are like bar dancers for the clients. I know we should respect our clients but if some one is wrong the company should have guts to support there resources which doesn't happen anytime here in this company.

No process followed anywhere in the company. It all starts and ends at a place where 2 top management people are ruining the company day by day.
