Any company is as good as is its leaders. Incompetent people captured high positions and lack the ability to take decisions. Yes Boss is the overall culture. Mid-senior leaders don't have courage to question anything from their supervisors. Everyone seems saving their skin. This has killed the overall culture. Mediocracy is rewardedand good talent leave the company because of frustration, desperation. Official Decency policy is most misused inside the company. People take advantage of Decency quotient and display unprofessional behaviour towards colleagues. Your job is not in danger unless you slap someone. However this culture matches with most of the Finance Services Captives in Pune....Read More
