1. THERE ARE NO ETHICS AND THERE ARE NO MORAL VALUES IN THE PERSONAL LOANS DEPARTMENT OF MUTHOOT FINANCE PERSONAL LOANS WHERE I WORKED. IT IS A TOO COMMON THING THERE TO USE OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AGAINST THE COLLEAGUES AND SUBORDINATES TOO PERSONALLY. 2. AND AS IF NOW, THIS COMPANY IS INDIRECTLY FORCING THE EMPLOYEES TO GET CONVERTED TO CHRISTIANITY BY MAKING IT A COMPULSORY THING TO DO PRAYER MANDATORILY EVERY MORNING IN THE FIRST HOUR OF WORKING HOURS IN CHRISTIANITY STYLE BY INVOLVING THE WORDS LIKE AMEN IN THE PRAYER SHEET. AND THIS COMPANY DOESN'T ALLOW THE HINDU EMPLOYEES TO CELEBRATE HINDU FESTIVALS LIKE GANESH CHATURTHI INSIDE THE OFFICE SO HINDU EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ABLE TO BRING THE STATUE OF LORD GANESHA INSIDE THE OFFICE (BUT, AT THE SAME TIME, IN THE SAME COMPANY, IN THE SAME OFFICE, CHRISTIAN FESTIVALS ARE CELEBRATED IN VERY GRAND STYLE). 3. ADDITIONAL SKILLS OF ANY EMPLOYEE (ADDITIONAL SKILLS LIKE DETECTION OF DUAL PAN CARD HOLDERS AND OTHER KIND OF FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS) ARE NEVER CONSIDERED IN PERFORMANCE RATING.
