It is one of the worst companies in the market who doesn’t care about their employees. If you don’t have clients they will fire you without any notice or compensation and suppose you want to leave then they will ask you to pay complete notice period salary(if on bench) even if you are ready to serve notice period. Very toxic work environment if you’re working from their office, they keep an eye on how much breaks you’re taking and how many times you’re using washrooms....Read More

No job security at Neosoft. I have seen people been fired within 20 days of their joining simply because they couldn't crack one client Interview. It's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here....Read More
