Nothing, new management has completely changed this company now. This company is a living hell, no appraisal but they just make you work like donkeys.

Everything currently, I have worked on countless projects without saying no a single time but they have never appreciated my efforts. They have made sure I don't get an appraisal and they're planning to lay me off because I have raised my voice against them. Please stay away from this company.

absolutely pathetic work culture, only harassment for new employees. The old ones wont let you settle and will make sure you get fed up and resign. They will laugh on your back make things difficult and if you have any potential business in hand they will make sure it goes to the "chaplus" "chamchas" who will even go to the extent of licking the bosses behind in public. (Im not even exaggerating here). This is the condition of their infotainment channel(History tv) which is dying literally struggling for business and inspite of that these guys have all the time in the world to make new employees uncomfortable instead of focussing on how to get business. The mumbai team is super pathetic, the national head in delhi is v good and v supportive but she is not aware about what is happening in Mumbai office and the team in Mumbai talks about the worst things about her which is absolutely disgusting..I hope this reaches someone from the top management and appropriate action is taken on Mumbai sales team, some are even trying to ask under the table from clients, this i got to know in my first week of joining. super toxic work culture. I worked for 15-16 hours a day . I am not lying. Seniors are super weird and do a lot of lame things. there is a guy named tandon. He was super toxic and used to make fun of employees infront of his chaatu employees. Luckily I was not in his team
