They will never give you, your domain-related work. They have a very biased culture also. They don't even have proper projects. And they will expect you to work extra for their internal initiatives which don't make any sense.

Dislikes

Very poor management of resources. Terrible resource/employee evaluation process. They will sometimes assign a developer, cloud engineer, data engineer, tester to a different role as well as to a different technology stack.
