The only upside is, that they pay salary on time. Every 25th your account is credited with your salary without a dealy .

Dislikes

Terrible and very toxic work culture. Layoffs are a quarterly thing. Work life balance is a big thumbs down. There is no personal life left after 6.5 days of a work week. Yeah, you have to work till 1pm on Sundays too.

This Company really cares about their employees

Didn’t want to leave the company but came to know about the corruptions made by my manager and he made such circumstances that he fired me at the moment and I couldn’t do anything. Tried to complain to HR and other superiors but no one wants to listen to a BD. And he is looting and making money in same way as before. So no one leaves a company they just change their bosses.
