It was great time working for oyo,I was enjoying my job with full enthu since 2015, but during covid 19 , company has taken step back in respect of supporting , knowingly that nobody will get job opportunity in current situation.

I have been working for oyo since 2015 from very early,I am the third oldest employee in Rajasthan HUB who is still working with oyo . I was consistent in my performance and my team is also working consistently . I was working with oyo at it's tough time whether it was hotel association strike ,or negativity in whole market as responsible oldest employee in Rajasthan.but I got furloughed without any explanation. Even after getting selected in special batch of 60 employees among 630 employees PAN india for promoting senior role. There was always job insecurities due to too many change in a very short period.my team member who are not that much consistent in performance retened due to favouritism.i Never expected this from the company. It could be better solution if company cut off equal percentage from each and every employees salary, nobody would affect badly with this. I am writing this because I am a emotional person and worked without any complaints . hoping for the best....Read More

The company as a whole is a dislike. The work culture, timing, work-life balance everything is a mees. The company doesn't take and show any type of care for employee's family. The employee need to be a robot here. My son was severally ill and was hospitalized. I could not come to office for few days, but i worked remotely. But thrcompany wanted me to come to office. My son was my first priority and didn't come to office, leaving my son with my wife only at hospital. For this reason only I was fired. Company is not bothered about employee's family. OYO had left me in the middle of a desert. I have struggled with money and son's illness. I was about to be ruined. I don't recommend anyone for that 3rd class organization....Read More
