Lots of Politics in the system. Many Fraudulent activities happen openly and top management is also aware of the same but still no one does anything. You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout. The worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career.You have to satisfy the state head’s ego to continue in the system. Companies like EMT and MMT has stopped recruiting people from OYO because the activities happen in OYO. Senior managers are really terrible, specially Mr. Rajeev dogra. They will clearly tell you to do fraud with hotel partners. In revenue generation pressure i have done 100 check ins in 6 rooms hotel. They just want 45% realization no matter how we do just give them good score so they can show to theirs boss good achievement. In thisprocess OYO is loosing big number of rooms,even my short span of time in OYO lost1500 number of rooms in patna region just because of this wrong practice. Too much pressure to do unethical work. Only lie only fraud only cheat. These managers will sink this company very soon. OYO management literally gangs of thieves. I used to be fan of Riteish aggarwal once upon a time now not any more. He is now leading gangs of thieves. I was recently joined OYO as BDM and my experience was horrible.

Only salary is on time. Also you will get incentive of 2 months from your DOJ.

I will only suggest that don't join this company until & unless there is no job in your hand. Rest of all is up to you. 1. Your teammates will never support you. 2. Each and every individual will try to become your boss. Even the person who is just supposed to maintain Data. 3. If u want to survive in this company then u need to spent at-least 10k -15k from your own salary. Then also you will get fired from your job if u are not spending money for your boss this a big joke in this company. 4. Not only employee even though the customers ( Hotel Owner ) is not satisfied by OYO policy if u will visit in Western Mumbai side they will abuse you and will say get lost. 5. Even sometime when you will visit at the hotel and as soon as the owner identifies that you are from OYO they will not let you go also they will ask from you that Who is going to give their pending amount from OYO. 6. Your senior colleagues will do back-bitiching in front of your manager. 7. Full of politics. 8. Even you need to work on Sunday from home till 2pm. 9. They will even expect to do work which they never told you to do. 10. Also company has changed their office for 3 times because OYO has done fraud with hotel owners. 11. There is lot of deductions from hotel owner's wallet not even owner will get to know not even employee will get to know. There is no transparency while deductions. 12. If u are bringing and deal for the company also if u want any kind of exception there is no exception for juniors only senior employees can have that privilege. 13.
