They pay you for working on holidays

It's a lala company Work load is unmanageable coz of less employees Office politics No criteria at the time of leaving company, they will ask you for 2 months salary even in probation. Will deduct security amount also which will mostly non refundable. They take decisions as per their rules no such standard rules are followed. If you are young and beautiful or handsome then you can enjoy all the perks by Dr Suman(branch head) especially boys otherwise you will be treated like shit. They do very much micromanagement for girls as head herself is very much insecure....Read More

They provide job security to every employee,good working culture, management is very cooperative,they also provide grooming sessions ( personality development sessions) overall a good company.

Dislikes

It's not a dislike it's a suggestion for this company that they should have a canteen as well so that people should go there and have something during there tea breaks or lunch.

Paramount is a very huge origination. I am happy to be apart of it. My senior are very nice and cooperative. I have learn many things from this organisation.
