I like my colleagues, they are good people and hardworking.
A part from it everything feels unsystematic and unprofessional. Management is terrible. Problems are never been addressed. the core Hr team are worst. All about is to make you work for less pay and get your services as much as possible. you shall not feel safe as according to company's policy the management can throw you any time they like. Some times they don't even pay the relieving month's salary. You cannot expect much when the company's CEo is a typical, miser and a greedy mastermind. He also makes to write many of the reviews by his employees in sites like "Glassdoor" etc. My suggestion will be save your time and passion.
Nothing for sure, but minor pros like less variable amount, no flexi pay in pay structure, opp. google office, no commute issues.
less job security,if project gone your job gone ( no bench concept)
No big projects
salary is credited in any of first 5 days of month
No proper appraisal
No proper process
In recruitment they say onsite travel, but they will not send.
Loads of internal politics
no proper health insurance,
no team outings
no transport facility
cafeteria is awkward
Restroom are like hell, too much stinky.
Form16 is not given ontime
No flexible work hours, stringent timelines, if you come after 9:30am for three consecutive days you are on LOP
Overall no cleanliness observed anywhere except CEO cabin
Very terrible place to work. Think 10 times before you join.
On a whole, place fit for only thevies and scamists, and mostly CEO itself doesn't sound like human and a will to run a company on a business model isn't there motto, so I wouldn't surprised to not suggest in working with such low standards of working environment.
Everything is mess, there is every good reason to dislike it.
Hectically unsorted job and not at all relevant JD would be situated at times (mostly) and unrelavant job timings without a day off or socially state or national holidays
