Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

They lied to me during the interviews that it will be a core service based role and then I got to know that it is a daily field based aftersales i.e. secondary sales role. Processes are not set, extreme confusion, total lies about the job role, mental agony, pain, suicidal depression.

I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day. I will never recommend anyone to work in companies like PhonePe or Paytm....Read More

There is nothing special in working for phonepe, they are terrible to work for ik it's depends on the region you are working for the the senior of phonepe will be the reason for downfall of phonepe in future

I hate how they just constantly force you to stall in feild even after working hours, my manger litterly shouted on a college for less performance and tell them to stay in feild till 10pm
