Good for beginners only for 1 or 2.

Dislikes

For Kolkata location : Mismanagement. Manager do not have proper technical knowledge. No professionalism. No corporate cultural. HO do not have any SAY on manager, who is doing politics everywhere. Lots of clients cancel their agreement due to the manager.

The review I am providing is as per my experience 15 years back. I have no idea about current situation of company. The management is very good and the company owner himself interacts with even field engineers to recognize / award them. It really motivates an employee. The work load is balanced and no engineer is over pressurized. They trust their employees and respect each employee.

Dislikes

Its not only Progressive Infotech, all other India companies are same with appraisals. Its very low in %age.
