The company culture was really good. The benifits were decent. Job security is there as it is a well known brand.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not that good specially for males. I had felt there's lot of politics that goes behind about promotions. As a store employee you don't get the equal respect as a corporate employee.

Politics, favoritism which is almost impossible to avoid, plays a big role in Puma. They show many Opportunities to grow but in reality these opportunities are actually given to only there favorite persons. Womens are ways too much prefered.
