Team Culture, Less People issue and limited office politics. Get to wear Puma merchandise at heavy discounts.

Growth on terms of career and compensation is compromised. Favouritsm and opportunities for select few. They don't have a fixed office space they keep changing office from Indiranagar to Whitefield to Mahadevpura and expect employees to adjust and come to office. Flexibility is just inbooks and there is always a pressure on coming to office. Some people especially who have been in system for a while they take undue advantage and treat themselves as superior and others as inferior. Very bad IT and Tech support system. They don't properly invest in IT infrastructure including laptops. Please don't go by title, company has more Managers and Senior Managers then the actual working force.
