The quinnox is very good company and provide support to you at every level, everyone is ready to listen to you and encourage you in terms of overall skills and personal development and salary and hike ka decent too

Dislikes

Some lead and manager don't take initiative to appriacite or nominate their colleagues for award and it came to hear it is because of client budget which is so wrong reason not to appriacite someone hardwork

Nice company and managers are also very good. Hybrid working and if you need wfh for some time they help you in that also HR also very supportive. Only issue is for SAP is that they don't have very good project for development or implementation.
