Very amateur Team leaders who act like boss and does heavy Micro management there are no checks or skip level or 1 on 1 meets with HR to discuss it. All internal politics. Looks like some Team leaders have been hired from call centres who are using their skills to turn an IT Company into a Call Center

Senior Leadership needs to keep a check on Manager/ Team leaders behaviour with their teams. HR needs to engage in 1 on 1s and skip level meets to check on employees mental health and well being

There is a noticeable degree of favoritism, which, unfortunately, is not uncommon in workplaces. At times, this can create a negative working environment, potentially driving talented individuals to leave the company. I observed this during my tenure as well.
