The only good thing about this place is that you get to learn alot technically & they offer handsome compensation

The company policies are terrible. HR people are very much arrogant. Work life balance is almost 0. If you think you got a handsome compensation, then you are wrong my friend as you will be working twice than what you are getting paid for. They try to portray an image that they are so good, whereas deep inside they also know how pathetic this organization & it's policies are. There is NO job security over here & anytime they find cheap labor in some other country (Philippines) they are going to kick you out as they did with US based rackers when they expanded in India. Also if you ever try to raise a concern, they can have you terminated at any point in time. These people are blindfolded and have tremendous hangover of POWER and probably have forgotten "What you Sow, is What you Reap"...Read More
