Lots of learning (self). Don't expect any upskilling or training to bring individuals upto speed. After one day of induction, people are thrown on the floor and expected to give results. Travelling is another good thing

Even though I exceeded all my assigned targets, here are my 2 cents on my one year experience at this workplace. Extremely poor leadership, leaders create unnecessary pressures and toxic culture is well promoted. Leaders are insecure and seek client attention (basically they get uncomfortable if their own team member gets respect from client). No work life balance, one is expected to work 24*7 (without any recognition and acknowledgement). They talk about women empowerment and show off new initiatives to support women on a break however do nothing when their existing women employees need support. You may not be in sales but still you will have sales targets to meet. Multiple teams sell same products to same set of clients, management (VPs and above) try and create divide in different teams. Clients also get confused when chased by different teams for same products....Read More
