I really thought about this, and rather than leaving this blank, I would say, better than being unemployed, this is better. Nothing else to like about.

Crappy company culture. Top management is bossy. Style of working is authorative. It is either my way or the highway. No proper planning (lots of planning are there, but when it comes it implementing what is planned, no one looks at the plans). JB (CEO) is just about nice and fancy words. He says AASify. He got the spelling wrong! Did i say, they are punctual in delaying the salary. And did someone think that being a food company, there would be canteen/cafeteria serving food.
