You can learn basic Sap. If you are working in warehouse. And basic inward outward pgi pgr returns.

Dislikes

Putting Unnecessary pressure over the employees, office politics, PMS is very poor, totally depends on manager's likeness, No one looks for development of an employee. If higher management allows you can do your job without any issue but if higher management wants that this time we should look more profitable then local management will target you.

Reliance Retail is good and best management in last 2 years before 2023 after that every thing is worst.

Dislikes

Management is worst Facility not provided that committed you at joining time. Humiliate you infront of your co-workers. Not promoted to you because you are not lionize to your boss. you have suffer as transfer 1 location to another location 5 - 6 times in a year. After that you have resigned.

On-time salary and incentives. The Coursera platform they provide to get education and skills is very good.

Dislikes

Everything apart from salary and incentive. The company is providing us all kind of facilities that are more in comparison of other companies but there is no work life balance. There is no job security because the management change the structure in every 3 - 4 months. Company transfer us in multiple roles and locations to save our job that is very unsatisfying. There is no growth. Employees are working from 8 - 10 years in same position....Read More
