Totally it's runs by LP team and non of management will take care of team even head who come for visit will absue language with team he may CEO and sector head

Bad culture of using absuse laungage with team and they will here only LP words that the reason why sales are not happing in stores if u keep u team happy u r sales will improve pls take care of ur team check how many team left from ur organization ...pls take care of ur people
