Worst company,high politics, I can say it is garbage of EY. Now you can understand how this organisation is going. There are only favourism and if you made any complaint about others it will only backfire you. work life balance is zero and without proper guidance they can allot you any work.

One of the worst companies that I know of. They will hire you without having enough time and resources in place. The trainers are arrogant and egoistic. They expect you to know and understand everything in one go. Basically, no one wants to mentor and support you. They expect you to be independent without putting in enough efforts and will constantly make you realise how much revenue company is losing because of the training period. The superiors are ill-mannered and will taunt you, make verbal attacks and ask you inappropriate questions. They will brag about their experience and work performance but my goodness, they cannot write and speak even in basic english properly. God knows how they are able to manage and work with US onshore team. They will say they are employee-friendly because they are giving you sick leaves (are you serious !!!???) Basic facilities like cafeteria are missing and even washrooms are unhygienic. The senior most people are spineless and dance to the tunes of mid-level management who are only concerned with their own comfort and convenience. Work culture is toxic and HR is hand-in-gloves with management and hence not at all helpful. Join this firm only when you are too desperate to get a job and lacking in options....Read More

The training structure and the work they provide is excellent for someone who wants to learn.

Dislikes

The rigorous work environment and work pressure. It was okay for a fresher when I started I did a lot of hard work and that is why now I am really good at things. But it is not sustainable in the longer run.
