To much politics. Singapore Management support to manager on their wrong statement (after valid justification). Also support to spoil the long term employees carrier and professional life. Only good head quarter, Saudi Arabia management. Singapore and India management worst. So many misc-happenings in last 6-7 years with the loyal employees.

Dislikes

Wrong TRP review statement presented by the manager level to management and HR also support wrong things in India. Spoil my 18 years loyalty work of sabic, India also .

Job without man and man without job 90% critical work is done by contractors but SABIC management doesn’t care about contractors employee for small money they are changing the contract and replacing their qualified and experienced employees.

I love the most valuable fact about company is safety, they are much conscious about that. And inside the company's culture is tremendous and they give us monthly classroom training to create more innovation. They provide free lunch, bus services, sports, other cultural festival, monthly birthday celebration, etc. That's so honorable, I'm glad to work at sabic and one the part of company.

I'm not able to say something about that way.
